What are best practices for dealing with confidential client information in regards to data storage, back-ups, policies, tools?
A lot of my company use Google Docs and it drives me crazy!!! I don’t want to use it and I feel that it is not a secure way to store the very sensitive data we work with. What are the leak/outage risks? Would I be overreacting to bring this to the CIO’s attention and ask for a policy change? I just don’t think it is secure.
